my girls lost today. they didnt get the 4peat title they’ve been aiming for.
today i learned that we have to fight for what we want until the very end. because life is a rolling stone. you may have something you want now but the next thing you know, you dont have it anymore. you may be at the top now, but you never know when will you fall down.
the world won’t revolve to us. it has to revolve for everyone else.
but today i realize that indeed life is sometimes fair. they have won and claimed the crown for how many years, it’s time for others to have it. nevertheless, i still see them as the best of the best.
ah another thing that i learned today,
no matter how much you fail, you just have to get back up, smile and fight more. because God will crown all your setbacks, all your wasted efforts - they were never even wasted beforehand, all those failures… God will never let go of you, He’ll make sure to crown all those efforts you did, all those pain youve gone through
i learned how in a blink of an eye, everything can change. and mostly, it changed how i think of the university of my girls. animo.
